The Britian’s got talent finalist was murdered in her flat yesterday afternoon. Although the identity of the 31-year-old woman murdered in her flat Battersea area of SW London yesterday was not revealed, investigators today revealed the identity of the victim as Simonne Kerr, a finalist of Britain’s Got Talent show. She was found with fatal stab wounds after police were called in around 12:38pm and was pronounced dead around 1:40pm. Tragedy has struck in Arizona U.S. after a father decided to “take care of a situation” his own way by killing a man who attempted to enter a bathroom stall where his daughter was. FIFA can’t ban Nigeria, Giwa’s lawyer says

A lawyer, Ardzard Habilla, has said that the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) cannot ban Nigeria over the lingering leadership crisis in the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) which needed to be sorted out internally by the country’s judiciary. Habilla, who is counsel to Chris Giwa, an NFF factional President, said this in Abuja on Thursday while addressing newsmen on the threat by FIFA to ban Nigeria from all football activities following intervention by the court. Giwa had dragged the Pinnick-led board to court over forceful takeover of the NFF secretariat following Pinnick’s emergence as president in an election conducted on Sept. 30, 2014. Aretha Franklin Dies At 76 After Battle With Cancer

Music legend, Aretha Franklin has died today August 16th, at the of age 76. The legendary soul singer died in her Detroit home under hospice care and surrounded by family. She  was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2010 and announced last year she was retiring from music. She was admitted into the hospital on Monday after being in a critical state and her family asked fans for prayers.
