Nashville-based singer/songwriter Davis Mallory dropped a video for his summery single “Sun & Moon.” The clip sees the MTV Real World alum wearing blue eyeshadow and a powder-pink jacket, among other looks.
The funky track was inspired by a guy he dated for three years and has sonic influences of Calvin Harris’ latest album Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1 and Prince.
“Prince is a huge inspiration on me,” Mallory told Billboard. “I love the way that he sings in his high register and isn’t afraid to talk about sex.”
